This document provides the law of the Republic of Armenia on Agricultural Credit Clubs. It regulates the status of these clubs and legal relations connected to their activities. The document provides articles of the law on:

Club formation and membership;
Governing principles of the club;
Obligatory requirements and conditions on involving resources and providing credit;
Insurance and other services to club members;
Regulating, controlling and reporting procedures.

The document concludes with articles of the law on Union of Agricultural Credit Clubs that can be created to present and protect the common interests of the credit clubs and to coordinate their activities.
