This document presents the Civil Code that legislates the property, family and personal relations of the citizens of Georgia.

The document is divided into six books that comprehensively lay down laws on different civil aspect as follows:

  • Issues of ownership and other rights of the citizens;
  • Law on obligations originated through contracts or on other lawful grounds;
