Dear FinEquity community,

It has been a privilege working with you over the last six years, were we have collectively built FinEquity into a thriving and committed community of practice. With a growing network of over 10,000 global participants from more than 2,000 organizations, FinEquity is connecting practitioners, policymakers, donors and researchers around a common goal to empower women through financial inclusion.

Over the years, we have explored a wide range of topics, from the role of gender norms in women's financial inclusion to practical tools and strategies for building gender-intelligent approaches in financial inclusion. More recently, our focus has shifted to gender lens investing, aiming to influence the flow of capital to women entrepreneurs. In this regard, I'm pleased to announce FinEquity's upcoming Gender-lens Investing Knowledge Guide which will be published this summer. It offers a rich collection of peer-reviewed resources which are aimed at supporting impact investors to operationalize gender intentional approaches.

It is with immense pride in our collective accomplishments that I announce my transition from my role as FinEquity's thematic lead. Thank you all for your invaluable contributions over the years. Your dedication to driving and inspiring learning and knowledge sharing has provided an immense learning opportunity for me and the entire community. I will continue to be part of the FinEquity community as a contributor and champion.

Nisha.
