Introducing FinEquity Knowledge Guides and Library Update
FinEquity is delighted to announce the comprehensive revitalization of our online Resource Library, featuring upgraded filtering tools and additional resources to provide smooth and efficient access to your trusted source on women’s financial inclusion.
Central to the refreshed online hub is the FinEquity Knowledge Guide Series, a curated directory of practical resources – case studies, tools, publications, and more – for advancing women’s financial inclusion. Developed with member input and the FinEquity community’s needs in mind, the inaugural editions of the series focus on three key themes: Promoting gender diversity and leadership in the financial services sector; Utilizing gender data and analysis tools, and; Incorporating gender-intelligent product design.
These resource guides have been produced in collaboration with USAID.
Knowledge Guides
Gender Diversity & Leadership Development in Financial Services
This guide brings together a selection of the most relevant practical resources, tools and proven solutions to increasing gender diversity in the financial services industry leadership and workforce organized into the following categories: Leadership, Workforce Development, Diversity and Representation, Institutional Gender Gap Assessment and Training.
Gender Data & Analysis
This guide provides a starting point for understanding what data is available at global, regional, national and organizational levels, and how to analyze sex-disaggregated data to measure women’s financial inclusion and better serve women customers.
Incorporating Gender-intelligent Design in Financial Services
This guide brings together a wide scope of resources that address gender-intelligent design: research, case studies, toolkits, and best practice guidelines. It is structured to allow users to easily mine the most relevant resources on gender intelligent design in women’s financial inclusion.
The Knowledge Guide Series will be continuously updated with new and innovative resources. Furthermore, FinEquity will periodically release subsequent guides on emerging priority topics in women’s financial inclusion.
