The Role Regulators Play in Closing the Financial Inclusion Gender Gap: A Case Study of Fiji

The Reserve Bank of Fiji has made significant progress in promoting finance that includes everyone, regardless of gender, and in improving women's access to financial services. They've done this by setting up rules for e-money and digital banking, encouraging people to own mobile phones, ensuring consumer protection is fair to everyone, and working with different groups to support women's financial inclusion.

This case study explores the steps being taken by the Reserve Bank of Fiji to increase women's financial inclusion.
