Second CMFA webinar on Institutional Resiliency

Please join Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) for the second webinar on Institutional Resiliency. The first webinar introduced the domains of resilience: Vision, Composure, Reasoning, Health, Tenacity, and Collaboration.

This second webinar will present an overview of the framework for institutional resilience, delve deeper into each of its domains, and how they apply to financial service providers. The facilitators will discuss with the participants practical approaches to enhance organizational resilience in microfinance institutions in the region.
