Responsible DFS Standards: SPTF Shares Draft Standards and Launches Working Group

Building from the work of the Smart Campaign to identify responsible digital credit management practices, SPTF has spent the past eight months reviewing research and interviewing experts from all stakeholder groups to understand what solutions the providers of digital financial services, of all product types, are finding to mitigate the consumer protection risks that are inherent to digital finance.

The webinar will share a draft set of digital finance (DFS) management standards that have emerged based on expert interviews, and launch a working group, open to all, that will work together remotely over the course of 2022 to refine these standards further.
