EaSI Technical Assistance Webinar - Branchless MFI Approach and COVID-19 Actions

This webinar will present the branchless approach adopted by Qredits, showing the vital role technology can play and how it can positively impact the efficiency of a microfinance institution's business model. It will provide an overview on how to rethink the role of branch networks, limiting their physical presence in order to reduce costs. Moreover, a special focus will be placed on Qredits’ good practices in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic.
