Assessing the Value of Digitization: Guidelines for Investors

CGAP developed digital implementation assessment guidelines to assess how financial institutions build value for customers and businesses through digital implementations. These guidelines complement more comprehensive diagnostics for digital readiness and due diligence processes, allowing investors to estimate how likely digitization efforts they fund will translate into a tangible value proposition.

During this webinar, speakers will present learnings from CGAP’s research on value-driven digitization and the main elements of the digital implementation assessment guidelines. In addition, U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) recently tested an early version of the guidelines and will present results from the field testing.
