The Microfinance Centre (MFC) and the European Microfinance Network (EMN) are organizing a joint annual conference, which promises to be the highest profile event on financial inclusion and microfinance in 2018, on 3-5 October in Bilbao, Spain.

Exploring the themes of future technological challenges and digitalization opportunities, the conference will focus discussions on “People and the Digital Revolution: Advancing Our Social Mission through Technology”.

Upwards of 600 participants are expected to attend the conference, that will offer a unique occasion to network, exchange experiences, learn from an impressive line-up of guests and even lay the groundwork for successful partnerships going forward.

Confirmed high-level guests and keynote speakers will include Mr. Joost Korte, Director General, DG “Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion” (EMPL) of European Commission or Mr. Guillermo Dorronsoro, Dean of Deusto Business School.
