KIMS Microfinance Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement Gargaara Finance Limited
KIMS Microfinance, Somalia’s leading Microfinance institution, announces its new partnership with Gargaara Finance Limited. This is the first time that the Somali Government backed, and World Bank and German Development Bank - KfW - financed facility; Gargaara, has extended its financing to a non-banking financial institution (NBFI).
Under this agreement Garagaara will provide an expandable shariah compliant line of financing to KIMS for use by the institution to increase its provision of financing of MSEs across the Somali territories.
