The 18th European Microfinance Network Annual Conference to Be Held in Brussels, Belgium

The European Microfinance Network (EMN) will organize its 18th Annual Conference in Brussels, Belgium on 14-15 October 2021. The first physical event of this dimension for the microfinance sector since the pandemic began, this next edition will focus on the essential: networking and bringing people back together.

Reflecting on an "inclusive finance for an inclusive future", this one-day event (with pre-conference activities on Thursday the 14th for EMN members) comes complete with keynote speeches and a series of workshops on microfinance’s hottest topics, as well as networking opportunities to meet your investors, policy makers, and digital solutions partners.

Featuring interventions from various European decision-makers, funders, microfinance practitioners, and micro-entrepreneurs, our event will also be the occasion to celebrate the seventh edition of the European Microfinance Day campaign, our network-wide awareness-raising effort culminating in a ceremony distinguishing microfinance practitioners that recently complied with the European Code of Good Conduct for Microcredit Provision.

Organized every year since 2004, the EMN Annual Conference is a meeting of minds and ideas, and the perfect opportunity for industry experts to network, exchange experiences, learn, and connect with representatives and stakeholders from the sector, and even to lay the groundwork for successful partnerships going forward.
