Senior Specialist, Microfinance Accelerator Program (MAP)
The senior specialist is responsible for developing and leading the Microfinance Accelerator Program (MAP) engagement plans through effective collaboration with partners in his/her portfolio with a collective goal to achieve successful outcomes. The role involves rigorous coordination with internal and external subject matter experts to provide the necessary training for partners.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Global MAP in the search for potential MAP partners globally with the exception of Asia (managed by another senior specialist).
- Facilitate meetings and introductions of prospective MAP partners.
- Actively participate in the evaluation and recommendation of candidates.
- Evaluation may include on-site due diligence of potential candidates.
